- WhatsApp communications: your WhatsApp identifier, profile name, message content, images, documents, audio, video, timestamps, and delivery or read status when you communicate with our WhatsApp Business account.

We use the WhatsApp Cloud API to receive and send business messages, including supported media, and to display those communications to authorised SUPPLORA staff in our CRM. We do not use WhatsApp message content for unrelated purposes or sell it.
You may ask us to stop sending non-essential WhatsApp messages at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us by email. Service messages needed to complete an active request or transaction may still be sent where permitted.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website may use essential cookies and services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Cloudflare to provide the site, protect it from abuse, understand aggregate usage and measure advertising conversions. These providers may process device, network and interaction data according to their own privacy terms.
